COMPANY PROFILE
Founded in 2013, Shengjia Lighting is a manufacturer of outdoor lighting and energy storage products, integrating research and development, production and sales. Our production base is in Hetang Town, Jiangmen, within China's Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area.
With more than a decade of industry experience, established technical expertise and standardized manufacturing processes, we provide customers worldwide with quality products at competitive prices and dependable customization services.
Our portfolio covers outdoor lighting and energy storage systems for municipal road projects, rural infrastructure, industrial parks, commercial landscaping and private gardens. We support standard production and OEM/ODM development.
Our modern production and warehousing facility spans more than 10,000 m², with dedicated areas for raw materials, assembly, finished goods and quality inspection.
Our monthly production output is valued at RMB 6–8 million. We support large-volume orders for engineering projects, international wholesale and batch customization.

QUALITY CONTROL
Incoming materials, assembly, finished units and packed orders are checked at separate stages, with clear release criteria at every handover.
01 / IQC
Materials are checked before they enter production. Non-conforming components are returned to the supplier and never released to the line.
Release gate: approved materials onlyCRITICAL VERIFICATION
Every completed light remains powered for extended observation. Flicker, controller faults, unstable operation and abnormal heat are checked before the unit moves to packing.
